We’re structural engineers dedicated to multi-unit structures.

Multi-unit construction often feels defined by what can’t be done. Our structural engineering process focuses on what’s possible so we can support your vision for the project.

An engineers' most important role on the design team is to ensure the project is both safe and economical while supporting the architect's vision and meeting the owner’s needs. By collaborating closely with the team we develop structural solutions that balance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and constructability. Our goal is to integrate structural integrity seamlessly into the overall design, ensuring a successful project that is practical to build and exceeds service life expectations for the owner and the community it serves.

It is incredibly important for structural engineers to support the entire design effort by communicating safe engineering design in a simple and effective way during all phases of design. This makes coordination easier during design and leads to a smoother construction phase.

Value is added when value is reciprocated. Our clients value what the Veitas team brings to the table because we value the things they care about. One of our goals is for our clients to end their day after working with us excited to work on their project the next day. We feel we can accomplish this by listening first to our clients values and needs then providing our expertise to help them accomplish their goals. Sometimes this comes as a value engineering exercise to reduce costs, other times it's providing a unique solution to a complex design. But regardless the need, our desire is to get projects across the finish line and for our clients to thrive in their new built environments.

Structural design isn’t just an add-on—it’s a fundamental, iterative process that benefits immensely from early collaboration with owners, developers and the rest of the design team. Every project is its own unique opportunity, but also one that can benefit from a structured, step-by-step approach born from lessons of previous projects and designed to align all stakeholders—architects, developers, engineers, and municipalities—on key structural decisions from day one.

Careers at Veitas

Join us in transforming high-density
communities.

Buildings are more than projects to complete. They transform the community around them. They provide the context and background for the story of the people who live and work there. As structural engineers, we get to be a part of those stories.

And like any great story, each building deserves its own unique, epic identity and style. That’s why we do everything it takes to support the vision for your project. Excellence in engineering is a baseline. Let’s rise above it to work as a team in a process which leaves everyone proud of what's been built and eager to do it again.
